AHCA Project

Description: In order to respond to the varied surgical needs of the community, IPMC built a new 12,000 SF Ambulatory Surgical Center on the same campus. This facility offers 4 state of the art Operating Rooms, and associated pre-surgical areas, with a full standalone and redundant Air Conditioning System. The New Facility also boasts standalone Medical Gas Plant independent of the main facility. The facility was completed and passed 100% AHCA inspection less than 5 months from it’s start date.

In addition to the stringent timelines, these projects were completed below the owner’s original budget.
